Summary
Join Arize, a leading machine learning observability platform, as a Product Marketing Manager to drive product growth and adoption. You will improve the onboarding experience, optimize user journeys, and create data-driven nurture strategies. Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing Growth, and Developer Relations teams to enhance user experience and engagement. This role requires 4+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field, ideally with a focus on AI, developer tools, or B2B SaaS. You will leverage data to measure impact and optimize campaigns, architect user journeys, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Arize offers a dynamic and technical marketing team environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related field, ideally with a focus on AI, developer tools, or B2B SaaS
- Be Analytical & Data-Drive – Use metrics to measure impact and optimize campaigns for better adoption and retention
- Be a User Journey Architect – Have experience crafting onboarding flows, lifecycle marketing, or engagement programs that guide users to success
- Be Collaborative & Execution-Focused – Thrive in cross-functional teams, working closely with PMs, designers, and marketers to drive outcomes
- Be a Clear Communicator – Translate complex technical concepts into compelling, user-friendly messaging
- Have a Bias for Action – Move fast, experiment often, and always look for ways to improve user experience and adoption
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Growth teams to refine the user onboarding experience, reducing friction and improving activation rates
- Map out and improve the full user journey, from sign-up to adoption, ensuring seamless transitions and strong retention
- Develop targeted email sequences, in-product messaging, and other nurture campaigns to guide users to key product milestones
- Leverage analytics to measure activation, engagement, and retention—continuously iterating on strategies to improve user outcomes
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and user research to uncover pain points and refine messaging and positioning
- Support feature launches with clear messaging, user-facing content, and growth-focused experiments
- Work closely with PMs, designers, growth marketers, and DevRel to align on adoption strategies and execute initiatives
