Summary

Join Arize AI, a leading AI observability and evaluation platform, as a Technical Product Marketing Manager to drive product growth and adoption. You will improve the onboarding experience, optimize user journeys, and create data-driven nurture strategies. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing Growth, and Developer Relations teams to refine how users learn and experience Arize. Develop and refine positioning, map and improve the user journey, and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Create sales enablement materials, compelling demo flows, and leverage analytics to measure user engagement. Drive content creation and gather customer insights to inform product strategy. Support feature launches and collaborate across teams to execute initiatives.

Requirements

  • You have 4+ years of experience in product marketing and/or developer relations, ideally with AI, developer tools, or technical SaaS products
  • You understand the AI/ML space—bonus points if you have experience in observability, evaluation, agent-based systems
  • You know how to craft compelling messaging that resonates with engineers and enterprise buyers alike
  • You know how to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, user-friendly messaging
  • You’re comfortable working closely with sales teams, sales engineers, understanding customer objections, and refining messaging to address them

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine clear, differentiated positioning for Arize’s AI observability and evaluation products that resonate with AI engineers and technical decision-makers
  • Map out and improve the full user journey, from sign-up to adoption, ensuring seamless transitions and strong retention
  • Develop targeted email sequences, in-product messaging, and other nurture campaigns to guide users to key product milestones
  • Create sales decks, one-pagers, demo flows, and training materials that help our GTM teams articulate Arize’s value to enterprises and open-source users
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers to craft compelling demo flows that showcase Arize’s capabilities for troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and evaluating LLMs and AI agents
  • Leverage analytics to measure activation, engagement, and retention—continuously iterating on strategies to improve user outcomes
  • Drive content creation, from technical blogs to case studies and conference presentations, to establish Arize as the leader in AI observability
  • Gather intelligence on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and messaging
  • Support feature launches with clear messaging, user and enterprise-facing content, and growth-focused experiments
  • Work closely with PMs, designers, growth marketers, and DevRel to align on adoption strategies and execute initiatives
