Summary
Join Agility Robotics as their Product Marketing Manager and define the value of their hardware and software solutions in the U.S. market. Lead cross-functional efforts to create compelling product narratives, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Leverage your understanding of U.S. buyer behavior, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences. Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and tools. Help define the unique value proposition, develop messaging, conduct competitive analysis, and collect customer feedback. Assist in product launches, collaborate on pricing models, and equip the sales team with necessary tools and content. Develop buyer personas, conduct market research, and plan marketing campaigns. Create various marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, and presentations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, U.S. focused a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, Masters Degree preferred
- Field of study that includes engineering, robotics or a similar focus is desired
- Proven ability to define product value propositions and messaging
- Strong understanding of market analysis and competitive landscapes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Ability to create compelling marketing content across various formats
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer feedback and market data
- Experience in sales enablement and equipping sales teams
- Familiarity with buyer persona development
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Help define the unique value proposition of our hardware and software, focusing on how they solve customer problems
- Determine our solution/platform's place in the market, analyzing our competitive landscape and differentiators
- Develop clear, concise, and compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience across different channels
- Craft the product's narrative and key messages to connect with customers on an emotional level
- Create and maintain competitive analyses and "battle cards" to equip the sales team
- Collect and analyze customer feedback from various sources (surveys, interviews, sales teams, etc.) to inform product development and marketing efforts
- Produce Win/Loss Analysis Reports to provide insights into successful and unsuccessful deals to inform sales strategy
- Assist in planning and executing successful product launches, coordinating with various teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales)
- Determine the most effective channels to reach the target audience
- Collaborate with product and finance teams on pricing models
- Equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge, tools, and content to effectively sell the product
- Develop detailed buyer and user personas to deeply understand the target audience, their pain points, motivations, and buying behaviors
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, generate leads, and acquire customers
- Develop various marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, white papers, presentations, videos, and more
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in relevant industry, e.g., robotics, automation, manufacturing preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 10β15% of the time for client meetings, team events, or industry conferences
