Summary
Join Airbnb's 24-month Product Marketing Manager (PMM) Rotational Program and play a pivotal role in shaping Airbnb's products and user experiences. Through three immersive rotations, you will shape product roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate features, gain broad exposure to different facets of product marketing, learn and grow through mentorship and hands-on projects, and build expertise. Upon successful completion, you may be considered for a full-time PMM role. The program offers a chance to make a lasting impact on Airbnb's community and business. The role is US-remote eligible, with occasional office work or offsite attendance. The pay range is $177,000-$208,000 USD, and the role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
Requirements
- Recent MBA/MS graduate (December 2024 – June 2025) with 2–3 years of prior, relevant experience in the tech space—such as product design, UX research, engineering, analytics, project/program management, or similar fields (prior product management or product marketing experience not required)
- Exceptional communicator who can clearly articulate complex ideas, synthesize technical and business concepts, and tailor messaging for diverse audiences—including cross-functional partners and executive leadership
- Curious, collaborative, and growth-minded —eager to learn, unafraid to ask questions, and able to build collaborative, trusting relationships across teams
- Customer-obsessed storyteller —develops compelling, customer-focused narratives and partners with marketing and communications to bring products to market with impact
- Influential leader without formal authority —drives alignment, navigates ambiguity, and moves complex initiatives forward by influencing and inspiring cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial and proactive —takes initiative, identifies opportunities, and follows through to deliver high-quality results, even in unstructured or ambiguous situations

Responsibilities
- Shape product roadmaps and drive feature development that directly impacts millions of guests and hosts worldwide
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Supply, FP&A, Marketing, Global Operations, Customer Experience, Trust, and more) to bring innovative ideas to life and ensure a consistent, compelling product voice across Airbnb’s ecosystem
- Communicate features to the world by crafting clear, impactful messaging for both internal and external audiences, helping define how our products are positioned in the market
- Gain broad exposure to different facets of product marketing, immersing yourself in diverse challenges and opportunities to discover the best alignment between your interests, skills, and Airbnb’s needs
- Learn and grow through hands-on projects and mentorship from senior PMM leaders, receiving regular feedback and guidance to accelerate your development
- Build expertise and confidence through real-world experience, performance reviews, and structured learning, setting the foundation for a successful career in product marketing
- Collaborate with a Product Marketing Management (PMM) team to shape and execute strategy and roadmap for your area of focus within Airbnb, taking increasing ownership as you grow
- Develop and champion a unique Airbnb product point of view that brings together the interests of guests, hosts, and the company—drawing on the Airbnb brand, customer research, competitive intelligence, and industry trends
- Drive execution on strategic projects and roadmap initiatives, building alignment across core product teams (Engineering, Design) and cross-functional partners (FP&A, Marketing, Global Operations, Customer Experience, Trust, etc.)
- Produce high-quality deliverables and pilot best practices, leveraging cross-functional partnerships to maximize impact
- Craft clear, compelling messaging tailored for both internal teams and external stakeholders, turning complexity into actionable narratives
- Efficiently launch products and features, measure results, and iterate based on customer and business impact
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and strategic thinking—supporting your team and expanding your influence as your expertise grows
