Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, enhancements, and adoption campaigns related to insurance and billing tools
- Craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with our customers, ensuring they understand the value of our insurance and billing-related offerings
- Collaborate with product, operations, payer relations, customer success, and sales to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve insurance and billing-related issues, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategies, drive differentiation, and increase customer satisfaction
- Develop and optimize educational and enablement materials to equip internal teams and customers for success
- Measure the success of product marketing efforts using KPIs and data-driven analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with insurance, billing, or claims processing is a plus
