Join Amplitude as a Technical Product & Ecosystem Marketing Manager and lead technical go-to-market initiatives for our partner ecosystem. This pivotal role involves driving technical marketing, enablement, and GTM activities in collaboration with product, product marketing, and partner teams. You will elevate the technical competency of field teams, partners, and customers while accelerating product adoption. Responsibilities include developing technical assets, collaborating on strategic vision, producing technical content, supporting sales teams, representing Amplitude at events, scaling programs, working with customer success teams, and maintaining a library of enablement materials. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field, 3-5+ years of relevant experience, proven experience creating technical assets, strong writing and communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of SaaS products. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or solutions consulting within SaaS enterprise software
- Proven experience creating technical assets like demos and best practice guides
- Strong writing skills to help author technical messaging in solutions briefs, battle cards and value proposition documents
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS products, cloud computing, and software development
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Partner Teams to deliver platform best practices, demos, trials, and integration resources
- Develop technical assets, including integration demos, videos, best practice guides, and how-to documentation
- Collaborate with teams to create and execute a strategic vision for technical marketing and enablement
- Produce technical content such as whitepapers, architecture diagrams, blogs, webinars, and product demos to showcase platform value
- Support sales teams with technical knowledge on partner integrations and value positioning
- Represent Amplitude at partner events, trade shows, and webinars, gathering insights to refine strategies
- Scale programs to enhance technical competency across internal teams, partners, and customers
- Work with customer success teams to identify and address technical challenges faced by customers, ensuring a seamless experience
- Develop and maintain a library of technical enablement materials to support ongoing sales and partner training initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Optimizely, Segment, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics
- Experience in value-based selling and outcome-driven marketing
