Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience—ideally in CPaaS, SaaS, or a technology-driven environment
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical features into compelling, customer-friendly messaging
  • Experience leading product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable with Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Proficiency with CRM & marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally while influencing without authority
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

  • Define Market Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling, customer-centric messaging that clearly articulates the value of CPaaS/SaaS products
  • Ensure product positioning is aligned with the company’s brand and market needs
  • Conduct market analysis, customer interviews, and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Own competitive intelligence efforts, working cross-functionally to develop data-backed insights and competitive assets
  • Lead product launches from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution across product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Partner with demand generation teams to create campaigns that drive sales success
  • Align stakeholders on product roadmaps, positioning, and launch goals
  • Gain deep product knowledge—build implementations yourself to understand technical capabilities
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging marketing messaging
  • Develop sales demo flows and scripts to showcase product value effectively
  • Develop marketing collateral, including datasheets, case studies, product videos, blog posts, and presentations
  • Create compelling thought leadership content that highlights industry trends and company expertise
  • Partner with sales teams to provide training, tools, and resources that empower them to sell effectively
  • Work closely with customers to develop success stories, testimonials, and feedback loops for continuous improvement
  • Act as the key liaison between product, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring strategic alignment
  • Foster collaboration that enhances the customer journey and product adoption
