The position focuses on shaping Backlight's product narrative, driving sales program engagement through educational content, launching and promoting features, and collaborating with the marketing team to generate sales leads. Success in this role demands a blend of creative marketing and data-driven strategic thinking.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS
Responsibilities
- Shape our messaging and narrative: Develop and own compelling product positioning and value prop messaging that differentiates Backlight’s Iconik, Wildmoka, Cinesync, Ftrack, and Zype products in the market
- Support sales programs: Drive deeper engagement of our product through educational content—blog posts, product tips, best practice guides, live streams, and more
- Launch and drive adoption of features that help teams use Backlight solutions at scale
- Work in lock-step with the marketing team to generate pipeline for Backlight products via content campaigns, field events, webinars
