Summary

Join our agile Bugcrowd Marketing team as an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive adoption, consideration, and consumption of our crowdsourced cybersecurity platform by security leaders and technical champions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably including roles in the security industry. Public Sector experience is desirable but not required
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Growth/curious mindset and a passion for learning and experimentation
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • End-user empathy and insight
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving business goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Develop persuasive, differentiating product positioning and targeted messaging (by industry when relevant) that conveys our value to key customer personas and makes our platform stand out in the market
  • Define, deposition, and monitor the competition, analyze win/loss data, create sales tools, and keep sellers informed about changes to the landscape
  • Use insights about market and ecosystem conditions to inform campaigns, positioning, and marketing strategies
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for product launches, including sales training content, target audience identification, value proposition, and competitive positioning
  • Work closely with product management, operations, sales/enablement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
  • Oversee the ideation and development of high-impact content, including sales tools (decks, battlecards, etc) and collateral, presentations, case studies, and blog posts
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing activities. Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management
