Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related discipline
- Experience in a sophisticated B2B marketing role
- Successfully created compelling content that engages the target audience, including website copy, product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, and email marketing
- Exposure to the higher education sector
- High attention to detail, with the desire to create market-leading work that propels Cadmus forward and sets us apart from competitors
- Self-starting, solution-orientated individual who can problem solve and take initiative
- Team player who enjoys assisting their teammates and collaborating across departmental projects
- Fast passed individual who is happy to go the extra mile to ensure project outcomes are exceptional

Responsibilities
- Conceptualise, design, execute, manage and monitor Cadmus’ product marketing strategy to support increased brand awareness, value realisation and user adoption
- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective campaigns and strategies that encourage potential users and customers to adopt our product
- Generate leads for the sales team, using a variety of channels to capture leads, such as email marketing, social media, and content marketing
- Develop a quarterly schedule of written product success stories to increase Cadmus’ brand perception and understanding across EDM campaigns, blog posts, social media posts and thought leadership articles to increase value realisation and new acquisitions
- Launch all new product features to current users and the wider higher education market through end-to-end digital campaign conceptualisation, design, execution and feature adoption
- Develop and optimise Cadmus’ product placement strategy, ensuring brand visibility across all university partner websites, higher education websites and industry governing body websites
