You will play a crucial role in enabling our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams by bridging the gap between product, marketing, sales, and customer success. This hands-on position requires close collaboration with sales teams, understanding customer needs, and developing targeted enablement strategies. You will create impactful assets, design training programs, conduct market research, and collaborate cross-functionally. Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years in product marketing or enablement roles, with demonstrated success in a high-growth, early-stage SaaS startup
  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and the digital ecosystem
  • Enablement Focus: Track record of creating and implementing enablement strategies that drive measurable results
  • Resourceful & Collaborative: Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment to deliver impactful solutions
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise materials
  • Results-oriented: Data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes and the ability to adapt quickly based on feedback
  • Deep Empathy: Demonstrate deep empathy for stakeholders, including internal GTM teams and Freshpaint’s customers

Responsibilities

  • Embed with GTM Teams: Partner closely with sellers to understand our process, approach, and customer needs and behavior firsthand. This role requires active engagement, including spending up to 50% of your time speaking with customers and prospects and collaborating directly with the sales team
  • Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement plan that addresses the unique requirements of healthcare marketers and Freshpaint’s value proposition, balancing strategic long-term goals with the delivery of immediate value to GTM teams
  • Asset Creation: Build high-impact enablement materials, including persona profiles, competitive battle cards, playbooks, and more, to support sales and customer success teams
  • Training Programs: Design and deliver training sessions to empower GTM teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed
  • Market Research: Conduct research to uncover customer pain points, competitive dynamics, and industry trends to inform enablement initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and GTM leadership to ensure alignment across messaging, positioning, and sales strategies
  • Metrics-Driven: Define success metrics for enablement initiatives and measure their impact on sales performance, customer engagement, and retention

Preferred Qualifications

  • You’ve been an early employee at a similarly early-stage startup and understand the unique challenges and opportunities of scaling from the ground up
  • You thrive in ambiguity and excel at creating structure where none exists, ensuring progress even when things are undefined
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, CCPA, and/or GDPR
  • Experience with HIPAA-compliant marketing
