Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, growth, or enablement, and a deep understanding of the SaaS buyer journey and product lifecycles
- Proven experience executing product launches and managing go-to-market initiatives
- Familiarity with tools such as Metabase, Zapier, Amplitude, Salesforce, etc
- Comfortable using data to drive decisions and validate positioning
Responsibilities
- Own and execute go-to-market strategies that align with company goals and drive customer adoption
- Lead and align cross-functional teams and project across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful launches
- Craft compelling messaging that highlights product value and resonates with target audiences
- Define launch goals, success metrics, and post-launch evaluation frameworks
- Research market and user trends and communicate insights to be actionable to cross functional partners
- Create enablement materials like pitch decks, battlecards, and objection handling guides
- Partner with revenue teams to drive sales performance and impact ARR
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing to support adoption, retention, and upsell efforts
- Track campaign performance using tools like Metabase and Amplitude, and optimize accordingly
- Provide strategic input to product and growth teams based on customer and market research
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or advertising preferred
