Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in product marketing, ideally in SaaS or payroll/HR tech
- Exceptional skills in positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Deel HR products to support revenue and growth targets
- Identify market opportunities and customer segments to drive product adoption
- Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for HRIS emphasizing its value in compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align positioning with customer needs and competitive insights
- Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to design multi-channel campaigns that generate demand and nurture prospects through the funnel
- Measure and optimize campaign performance to ensure ROI
- Create enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies, to equip sales teams with tools to close deals
- Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation
- Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product improvements and positioning
- Track market trends and provide actionable insights to the Product team
- Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and initiatives
- Advocate for customer needs and feedback in product development discussions
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of domestic payroll processes and compliance requirements is a plus
