  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Deel HR products to support revenue and growth targets
  • Identify market opportunities and customer segments to drive product adoption
  • Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for HRIS emphasizing its value in compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align positioning with customer needs and competitive insights
  • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to design multi-channel campaigns that generate demand and nurture prospects through the funnel
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance to ensure ROI
  • Create enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies, to equip sales teams with tools to close deals
  • Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation
  • Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product improvements and positioning
  • Track market trends and provide actionable insights to the Product team
  • Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and initiatives
  • Advocate for customer needs and feedback in product development discussions

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of domestic payroll processes and compliance requirements is a plus
