Join Entersekt, a leader in digital banking fraud prevention, as a Product Marketing Manager. You will be a product and market evangelist, translating technical information into customer-friendly value drivers. Responsibilities include developing product positioning and messaging, sales enablement, product launches, market intelligence, and demand generation. You will collaborate across teams, create engaging content, and analyze market data to inform marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of product marketing experience in the FinTech space, preferably with 3-D Secure experience. Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, or a similar related field
- At least 3+ years of product marketing or go-to-market experience. Experience working in B2B2C Fintech space, preferably payments and ideally 3-D Secure
- Proven success developing and executing go-to-market plans for SaaS or cloud services
- Excellent writing and content management skills
- Highly proficient in using PowerPoint, especially designing, storyboarding and logically structuring presentations that tell a story. Proficient with all Microsoft Office 365 tools
- Familiar with value proposition design and product messaging frameworks in a technology context
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates our payment products (3-D Secure Suite) in the market, utilizing your knowledge of who our buyers are, the problems they face, and the value our products provide
- Be a content contributor, spokesperson and thought leader. Help to generate awareness and create demand for Entersekt solutions through modern, digital marketing channels as well as in-person events
- Own sales enablement, supporting the sales team through a complex sales process. Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and assist with product and messaging training and tools to use in the sales process. These tools may include PowerPoint presentations, infographics, brochures, competitor cheat sheets, and customer success stories
- Plan and coordinate the launch of new products and releases (upgrades) and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plans
- Have a constant understanding of market trends and dynamics. Be the expert on our buyers, how they buy, and what their buying criteria are. Be the expert on our competition and how to differentiate ourselves from them
- Advise the marketing team on the campaign topics needed to educate our customers and assist in providing quality content to support these campaigns such as white papers, eBooks, blog posts, webinars video content, podcasts, and more
- Research, gather information and understand new and existing Entersekt products in order to extract the value proposition, competitive differentiation, and benefit to our clients and customers
- Gather information from multiple stakeholders to help establish data-driven proof points to provide support with ROI messages and tools
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings between Product, the Commercial organization and Marketing to translate technical details into market-usable artifacts, and to ensure alignment
- Create product and value-centric copy for regional, partner and broad-based marketing campaigns
- Understand the roles of different teams involved in the execution of a GTM plan and manage their outputs to planned timelines and sensitive to inter- and co-dependencies
- Collaborate with regional Sales leads to create and deliver essential collateral to support the products, including one-pagers, FAQs, solution sheets and customized sales decks
- Create value-centric product presentations utilizing knowledge and insights obtained from Product, Sales and market research
- Through collaboration with Product Managers, communicate the value of new products via information sharing sessions
- Work with Product Managers and Sales to gather information and insights from customers
- Work with the CTO office and market intelligence to gather and present relevant market data
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain experience in financial services, payments and fraud management
- A technical background. Comfortable learning to navigate the user experience with our products
- A commercially oriented outlook
- Experience using Adobe or a similar creative suite of products
