Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, and brand management, preferably in the technology or AI industry
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas and develop compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance and ROI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messaging tailored to different audiences and channels, especially for highly technical products
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, embrace new technologies and trends, and pivot strategies as needed to drive results and stay ahead of the curve in the dynamic AI landscape

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Ema, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition
  • Establish and maintain a strong brand presence across various online and offline channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity
  • Create engaging and relevant content for marketing collateral, including website copy, blog posts, whitepaper, social media posts, email newsletters, and press releases
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms, and content marketing to reach target audiences and generate leads
  • Oversee social media channels, including content planning, posting, engagement, and community management to foster meaningful interactions with our audience
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure press coverage, speaking opportunities, and partnerships that amplify our brand presence
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum impact
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies and decision-making
