Summary

Join ezCater, the leading food for work technology company in the US, as a Product Marketing Manager to help scale our Corporate Solutions business. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, product messaging and positioning, and deploy product marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with success building and scaling systematic GTM processes for product releases
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for corporate B2B audiences
  • Experience working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive alignment and collaboration
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle with the ability to tailor marketing strategies to a defined segment
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with Demand Generation teams
  • Proven ability to build and ship product marketing campaigns
  • Equal parts creativity and technical prowess. Be fluent enough to do the basics yourself, and articulate enough to communicate what you need to the experts on our creative and analytics teams
  • A “figure it out” mentality that drives you to take ownership in the face of ambiguity. You’re not afraid to fail and do better the next time
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead projects, and succeed as an independent contributor

Responsibilities

  • Establish a systematic way of sharing product updates with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies for ezCater’s Corporate Solutions, driving product awareness, adoption, and growing our market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft clear, differentiated, and compelling product messaging that speaks to our client pain points
  • Create sales collateral, training materials, and product demos to support the sales and marketing teams in effectively communicating the value of our solutions
  • Understand – and share with the rest of the team – market trends and competitive landscapes that inform product positioning and messaging
  • Plan and execute product marketing campaigns targeting corporate clients
  • Define and/or refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and buyer personas to ensure marketing efforts effectively target and resonate with corporate decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of product marketing efforts, using data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance
