Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or a related B2B SaaS role
- Proven interest in launching products or features and telling stories that make complex ideas easy to understand
- Knowledge of and/or a keen interest in learning about Agentic AI and how it can be leveraged across HR tech software
- Strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to speak to different audiences with empathy and clarity
- A proactive, collaborative style, and someone who is comfortable owning projects and moving them forward independently
- Curiosity about the industry, customers, and our products, as well as excited to grow into a strategic product marketing role
Responsibilities
- Shape and influence product positioning, especially as we bring Agentic AI into our new and existing solutions, helping ensure our messaging resonates and sets us apart
- Craft go-to-market strategies that connect what we do with the outcomes customers care about most
- Translate complex capabilities, including new Agentic AI products and features into clear, meaningful stories that highlight value and inspire action
- Bring market and competitive insights back to the team to identify opportunities and drive product-market fit
- Advocate for the customerβs voice, surfacing their pain points and workforce management goals to drive how we build and talk about our solutions
- Support cross-functional teams by bringing a product marketing lens to decisions across the lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Notion, Highspot, or Gong is a plus
- Exposure to HR tech, recruiting, or workforce solutions is a bonus, but not required
