Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS
  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles and experience developing go-to-market plans
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and analytics software (Hubspot, Salesforce)
  • You are both a self-starter and a team player
  • You are excited to learn and continuously improve

Responsibilities

  • Develop product marketing briefs, messaging documents, competitive positioning, internal product training content, and external communication strategy for launches and in-market programs for existing and prospective customers
  • Constantly monitor competitive activity, identify customer needs and interact with engineering, operations, and sales to bring innovative new products to market
  • Represent the voice of the customer across the organization. Amongst other deliverables, this manifests as differentiated messaging, positioning, and audience segmentation that is leveraged across the organization for internal and external use
  • Contribute to a customer reference program to curate and showcase customers' success across various industries and use cases
  • Possess expert knowledge of the competitive landscape. Develop and maintain sales tools and resources for the sales team to tell the story
  • Work with marketing team members across content, design, and web development to plan and execute new product launch campaigns
  • Collaborate with engineering to help align marketing priorities and programs with the product and business roadmap
