Join Greenhouse as a Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise, and drive product marketing strategy for our enterprise segment (1,000+ employees). Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align product launches and messaging with customer needs. This strategic role involves identifying positioning opportunities, crafting messaging, creating compelling collateral, enabling GTM teams, and measuring impact. You will need to be a core product marketer with enterprise expertise, a cross-functional leader, and a skilled storyteller and strategist. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with significant time spent focused on Enterprise customers
  • Strong positioning, messaging, and storytelling skills, with a track record of influencing enterprise buyers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience working closely with Product teams to bring new capabilities to market
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a history of building strong relationships across Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable business impact
  • Generative AI skills that allow you to write messaging and documents faster

Responsibilities

  • Own product marketing strategy for the Enterprise segment, with accountability for positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution across the customer lifecycle
  • Partner with Product to shape roadmap priorities based on market and customer insights
  • Lead cross-functional GTM planning for Enterprise-feature launches, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing
  • Create and maintain sales enablement tools, messaging frameworks, battlecards, and customer-facing collateral tailored for complex enterprise needs
  • Serve as the strategic liaison between Product Marketing and Enterprise Salesโ€”supporting deal cycles with tailored content and strategic insights
  • Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Demand Gen teams to execute integrated campaigns that resonate with enterprise buyers and influencers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with sales and enablement tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, Klue, and Gong, is a plus
  • Background in competitive intelligence and/or market segmentation within the enterprise space, is a plus
