Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in HR tech, payroll, or SaaS
  • Deep understanding of US payroll regulations, HRIS systems, or PEO business models is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from strategy to execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills with a focus on clarity and value-driven messaging
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions and drive performance
  • Comfortable working across time zones and with distributed teams

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and customer interviews to understand payroll and PEO buyer needs, regulatory trends, and the competitive landscape in the US
  • Define clear product positioning, messaging, and differentiation for Deel’s US payroll and PEO solutions
  • Lead product launches and strategic initiatives, including messaging frameworks, sales playbooks, and cross-functional go-to-market plans
  • Partner with marketing teams (paid, events, content, social, field) to drive pipeline growth and campaign execution for payroll/PEO products
  • Develop impactful sales and enablement assets including one-pagers, battle cards, pitch decks, pricing tools, and competitor guides
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce relevant, high-impact materials like blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and customer videos
  • Support sales with training, objection handling, and ongoing product updates to improve conversion and close rates
  • Use customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to refine positioning and enhance the customer experience
  • Measure performance across awareness, engagement, and revenue KPIs to iterate and improve marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with product on positioning, product roadmaps, and GTM strategy
