Requirements
- 2-5 years of Product Marketing experience, preferably within Enterprise B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to develop content, collateral, product positioning and messaging, as well as enablement assets
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their use cases, gather testimonials, and capture success stories
- Leverage customer feedback and insights to improve product positioning, messaging, and competitive battle cards
- Create compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with prospects and target customers
- Create necessary training and tools to effectively sell InfluxDB
- Develop pitch decks, use case 101, case studies, competitive battle cards, webinars and blogs
- Work closely with sales to ensure they have a deep understanding of the product's value proposition and can effectively communicate it to prospects
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Collect and publish benchmark studies to highlight InfluxDB strengths
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering, to launch incremental features as well as whole new products
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience focused on data analytics, monitoring, observability or IoT
- Experience with Kubernetes or public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure or GCP
- Storyteller with the ability to communicate with a technical audience
