Summary
Join IOHK's Catalyst Tribe as a Product Marketing Manager and leverage your expertise in high-tech international B2B and B2C marketing to promote the Lace Wallet. Collaborate with Product Management and various teams to develop and execute marketing strategies. Design investor pitch decks, develop go-to-market strategies, manage investor and customer relations, optimize customer funnels, and create marketing materials. Success requires strong collaboration, excellent communication, and a results-oriented approach. This role offers remote work and various benefits.
Requirements
- Ability to build strong relationships internally across remote teams
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to distill complex information into concise and accessible messaging
- Clear and eloquent in presenting ideas, capable of engaging diverse audiences
- Energetic, initiative-driven, with a strong work ethic
- Strong ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Skilled in translating highly technical information into customer-friendly benefits
- Adept at managing content creation and executing marketing campaigns
- Ability to align with and communicate IOHKโs vision for the future of blockchain technology
- Focused on delivering measurable outcomes and achieving marketing goals
- Bachelorโs Degree in marketing, engineering, computer science, or a related area; a business or economics degree may also be considered depending on experience
- Evidence of success (4+ years) in product marketing, particularly in international markets
- Background in marketing high-tech, emerging, or disruptive technology solutions in both B2B and B2C environments; startup experience is a plus
- Experience working in a rapidly growing organization and scaling technology from early adopters to mainstream users
- Experience in establishing and improving collaborative work processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging with customers and stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
Responsibilities
- Design a compelling pitch deck for potential investors
- Develop a comprehensive plan for product launch, including target market, positioning, and channels
- Set up and manage communication strategies for both investors and customers
- Define and optimize the steps customers go through from awareness to conversion
- Analyse and document the customer experience at each touchpoint
- Develop key metrics to evaluate event success and create marketing materials for these events
- Create assets (videos, brochures, etc.) to support product and brand promotion
- Create and refine customer demos that showcase product value
