Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will collaborate with various teams to drive feature launches, user engagement, and market positioning. You will own the strategy and execution of user-facing communications and campaigns, ensuring our technology is accessible to a broad audience. This role requires 7+ years of experience in a high-growth tech environment and a deep understanding of AI marketing. You will be responsible for developing and implementing product launch strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating cross-functionally to position Invisible as a leader in AI training. Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience in a high-growth tech environment, and are comfortable creating order out of chaos
- Love spending time with customers, and are highly data driven across both qualitative and quantitative sources. You are as comfortable spinning up a customer interview guide as you are a TAM model
- Are excited to piece together the narrative of how our product and services team work together to meet customer needs
- Have an ownership mentality with a strong drive to thrive in a fast-paced, 0-to-1 environment
- Have experience with product launches, including end-to-end channel reporting to understand the success, or learnings, from each launch
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and operations to understand our AI Training offerings, why Invisible has won with major model providers, and iteratively position our offering in a rapidly changing space
- Develop and implement product launch strategies that resonate with our target audience, driving engagement and adoption
- Lead market research and keep a pulse on evolving customer needs, updating our messaging frameworks, positioning, and ICPs as the market evolves
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, growth, sales, sales enablement, community and more to position Invisible as a leader in AI Training
- Lead targeted marketing campaigns to promote specific use cases, like evaluations, supervised fine-tuning, RLHF, and safety training
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI marketing is a major plus
- Experience marketing tech-enabled services as opposed to SaaS is also a major plus

- Base: $150,000
- Base + Bonus Target: $185,000
