Summary
Join JumpCloud as a Product Marketing Manager and become the subject matter expert for their platform. You will define and execute go-to-market strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, create core messaging documents, and establish processes for ongoing messaging updates. This role requires 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS solutions marketing or product marketing. You will work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other marketing teams. JumpCloud offers a remote-first work environment and is committed to building connections. The role is remote in Mexico and requires fluency in English.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of solutions marketing or product marketing experience experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Exceptional written english that can demonstrate a distinct perspective, driving not only attention but action
- Proven success across all aspects of a product messaging launch, from developing the go-to-market strategy, to the coordination and execution of a launch, and supporting the field enablement efforts that extend beyond a successful launch
- Track record of creating product and/or solutions-specific messaging and content
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic scale up environment
- Proven leader with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams
- Ability to enable field teams with a deep understanding of the market and develop effective competitive positioning
Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and own a consistent messaging program for the JumpCloud platform, ensuring alignment across all internal and external communications
- Work alongside key writers in the organization including content marketing, campaigns, and creative services
- Guide our voice and tone team from implementation to monitoring and reporting
- Collaborate with product management, sales, customer success, and other marketing teams to gather insights and ensure messaging accurately reflects product capabilities and market needs
- Lead the creation of core messaging documents, including positioning statements, value propositions, and competitive differentiation, for various target audiences
- Establish processes for ongoing messaging updates and feedback, incorporating new features, market trends, and competitive intelligence
- Enable cross-functional teams with the necessary messaging tools and training to effectively communicate the JumpCloud platform's value
