Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in AI technologies as well as a strong track record in marketing strategy and execution
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Proven experience in working cross-functionally across marketing, product & sales teams
- Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and drive data-informed decisions
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to dive in from day 1 at both a strategic and an executional level
Responsibilities
- Be an absolute Gen AI expert, fuelling your knowledge with market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform product messaging and launches
- Define the positioning and messaging strategy for new technology and features as they come to market, working in tight collaboration with Product, Design and AI research
- Develop high impact, multi-channel go-to-market plans for new products, in partnership with other PMMs and marketing team leads
- Collaborate with the wide marketing team, product management and business development to create compelling product educational content and marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyse product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to optimise marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the BD team on key messaging, value propositions, competitive positioning and insights
- Establish key metrics to measure success and optimise marketing performance
- Work in close partnership with other PMMs and marketing team leads to develop processes that suit an AI-first business which is scaling fast
