Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Have a minimum of +7 years of product marketing experience in the healthcare software industry, with a focus on pharmacy management solutions
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the pharmacy industry and the unique challenges faced by pharmacy owners
  • Possess a proven ability to translate technical product features into benefits that resonate with this audience
  • Have strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Possess a collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Demonstrate success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and customer engagement

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of pharmacy owners
  • Analyze industry trends to inform product positioning and marketing strategies
  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates PrimeRx in the marketplace
  • Ensure all marketing materials effectively communicate the value propositions of our software solutions
  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that highlight product features and benefits
  • Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, webinars, and events, to reach and engage the target audience
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and update sales tools, presentations, and training materials
  • Ensure the sales team is well-equipped to communicate product value and address customer inquiries effectively
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, that educates and informs pharmacy owners about PrimeRx's offerings
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure customer needs are met
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics and use insights to optimize future campaigns
