Remote Product Marketing Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role
• Deep understanding of customer research methodologies, competitive analysis, and customer journey mapping
• Expertise in developing and implementing acquisition and retention strategies
• Ability to work with product and marketing analytics, knowledge of key business metrics
• Experience working with various monetization models and unit economics
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and uncertainty
• Experience working in an agile environment and interacting with cross-functional teams at the intersection of marketing, product, development, and operational activities
• Knowledge of English language from B2 level
• Conversational Russian language

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product marketing strategies to drive key metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, referral)
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis, segmentation, and customer persona formation
• Manage Go-to-Market strategies for new and existing products
• Generate hypotheses and conduct customer development to identify insights and form value propositions
• Build product funnels, optimize customer journey, and develop strategies to reduce churn rate
• Manage product positioning and create clear and competitive USP
• Interact with cross-functional teams at the intersection of marketing, product, development, and operational processes to ensure synergy and achieve business goals
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness, analyze metrics (CPC, CPA, LTV, CAC, NPS), and work on improving them through funnel optimization, A/B testing, and data-driven/inform decision-making
• Build and monitor unit economics of a product, develop strategies to increase LTV, and optimize CAC
