Summary
Join Plusgrade as their new Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to transform the hospitality experience. The PMM will be responsible for positioning and marketing ancillary solutions for hotels and guests. This key role drives demand, usage, and relevance of products throughout their lifecycle, supporting Plusgrade's growth. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Plusgrade's products and possess a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, customers, and guests. This collaborative role requires close work with various teams and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Plusgrade seeks a self-starter who consistently identifies and acts on opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2B technology environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical product information into compelling marketing narratives
- Confident and self-motivated working in a highly ambiguous environment
- Resourceful and independent problem solver
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to synthesize data and insights and turn them into actionable plans and compelling messaging
- Highly collaborative mindset and demonstrated ability to influence and gain cooperation in a non-authority relationship
Responsibilities
- Leveraging industry, competitive and consumer insights to inform product marketing strategy for different audiences and to help shape and optimize our products
- Defining and regularly strengthening the value proposition, positioning and messaging for their portfolio of products
- Creating compelling sales enablement collateral including but not limited to: sales decks, case studies, product videos and sales training content
- Working closely with the Content and Creative teams to bring our product messaging and campaigns to life in different channels and assets
- Partnering with Product to develop and execute impactful go-to-market plans that drive demand and adoption of our products and features
- Supporting our Business Development and Partner teams in growing adoption and usage of our products and features
- Liaising with marketing stakeholders across verticals and business units to leverage insights and success stories that will resonate in Hospitality
Preferred Qualifications
