Summary

Join Plusgrade as their new Product Marketing Manager (PMM) and transform the hospitality experience. This key role drives demand and usage of products throughout their lifecycle, supporting Plusgrade's growth. You will be a product expert with a deep understanding of the industry, customers, and guests. The PMM collaborates closely with various teams and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2B technology environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical product information into compelling marketing narratives
  • Confident and self-motivated working in a highly ambiguous environment
  • Resourceful and independent problem solver
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to synthesize data and insights and turn them into actionable plans and compelling messaging
  • Highly collaborative mindset and demonstrated ability to influence and gain cooperation in a non-authority relationship

Responsibilities

  • Leverage industry, competitive and consumer insights to inform product marketing strategy for different audiences and to help shape and optimize our products
  • Define and regularly strengthen the value proposition, positioning and messaging for their portfolio of products
  • Create compelling sales enablement collateral including but not limited to: sales decks, case studies, product videos and sales training content
  • Work closely with the Content and Creative teams to bring our product messaging and campaigns to life in different channels and assets
  • Partner with Product to develop and execute impactful go-to-market plans that drive demand and adoption of our products and features
  • Support our Business Development and Partner teams in growing adoption and usage of our products and features
  • Liaise with marketing stakeholders across verticals and business units to leverage insights and success stories that will resonate in Hospitality
