Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or sales enablement roles
- Worked within highly technical AI/ML or SaaS products
- Experience creating compelling sales materials to enterprise clients
- Strong written/presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging educational sessions
- Excellent collaborative skills with experience partnering across sales, CS, and product
- Commercial mindset with track-record of impacting revenue
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Comfortable working with AI and automation platforms to scale your impact and efficiency
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive sales enablement materials including RFP response decks, battlecards, and competitive positioning assets, to help our teams win expansion opportunities
- Design and implement customer education programs, including live demo sessions, self-service tutorials, and campaigns that drive adoption across client organizations
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on account-specific expansion strategies to navigate expansion from existing to new teams within existing clients
- Collaborate with demand generation to implement brand awareness and retargeting campaigns that keep Prolific top of mind with key accounts
- Produce compelling case studies and cross-department success stories that demonstrate quantifiable impact for similar organizations
- Work with cross-functional teams on joint account planning, product messaging, and consistent customer experiences from acquisition through expansion
