Requirements

• Bachelor's degree Marketing, Communication, or related degree
• 3-5 years B2B marketing experience in the US insurance industry, working within the Retail vertical
• 3+ years’ experience writing preferred
• Prior campaign execution - B2B focus
• Passion or curiosity for how to communicate and market in a digital first environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insight, and make data-driven decisions to create more effective marketing strategies
• Project management skills with the ability to be detailed oriented, able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee and support the implementation of the strategic go-to market strategy for the retail market
• Develop and implement comprehensive in-person and digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
• Write and guide creatives to finesse any assets developed and create meaningful campaigns each quarter, to achieve quarterly goals
• Collaborate across the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns
• Conceptualize and orchestrate writing with support from the corporate and design team
• Create engaging content both written and design, for digital channels- website, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns

• This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $62,605 - $118,254. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides
