Requirements

  • Ability to identify opportunities to improve, and understand how to translate customer needs and market demand into content that helps us meet our goals and drive adoption
  • Direct experience operating as a full-stack marketer, facilitating cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution
  • Strong experience in product marketing fundamentals: audience insights, competitive intelligence, segmentation, targeting, personas, positioning, messaging, acquisition and engagement marketing plan development, product discovery, and product launches
  • Deep analytical skills, demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex problem spaces, and strong ability to develop insights and turn those into initiatives that drive results
  • Proven experience as a driver as well as a collaborator and influencer across strategic and tactical initiatives: able to think big but also to drive business outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating and working with product, growth marketing, research, analytics, and creative teams
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new products and industries - unafraid to dive into complexity
  • Track record of being able to manage stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to senior executives

Responsibilities

  • Help shape product marketing strategy through research and cross-functional partnerships
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, narratives, and marketing messages that resonate with our target audiences
  • Collaborate with client growth, product management, design and creative teams to create marketing campaigns and content for a new service line
  • Adopt an iterative approach to create effective messaging and positioning based on data-driven results
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure brand messaging and value props are applied consistently throughout the user journey
  • Partner with Client Growth and Product teams to analyze customer, market and competitive research identifying customer needs and preferences, market trends, and opportunities for Two Chairs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Client Growth, Product, and Clinical teams to share insights and customer feedback ensuring that product development aligns with market demands and opportunities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and communications for new service line, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Own the development, testing and iteration of compelling persona-based messaging and positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials
  • Lead/support the creation of high-impact marketing campaigns with a focus on patient-facing communications via email, SMS and landing pages
  • Collaborating with Client Growth and Product teams to develop product marketing strategy and roadmap
  • Crafting and executing patient-facing marketing campaigns that leverage data-driven insights (market research, testing plans, etc.) to drive consideration and conversion
  • Tracking campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing recommendations to drive the best results
  • Translating projects and initiatives into business impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Both B2C and B2B2C marketing experience
  • Healthcare marketing experience

Benefits

The salary range for a full-time contract role is $70.00-90.00/hr
