Summary

Join SmarterDx as a Product Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare AI. You will own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for products within SmarterDx’s suite of clinical AI solutions. Collaborate with product, sales, customer success, and leadership teams. This fully remote US-based role offers significant visibility and opportunities for growth. You will strategize and execute initiatives to understand the needs of healthcare decision-makers, uncovering opportunities for SmarterDx to deliver exceptional value. Help propel SmarterDx’s rapid expansion by driving real change and contributing to the company's mission of optimizing healthcare.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably within healthcare technology, fintech or related fields
  • Proven track record of developing successful product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tell compelling stories
  • Experience creating sales enablement content and collaborating closely with sales teams to drive revenue
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with healthcare providers and decision-makers
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, including market segmentation, competitive analysis, and campaign strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align on strategy and drive commercial success
  • Conduct in-depth market research and gather customer insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives
  • Strategize, guide and oversee creation of sales enablement materials, training sessions, and tools that empower the sales team to effectively communicate product value
  • Partner with content and demand generation teams to develop impactful collateral such as case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and product demos
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare experience
  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Familiarity with marketing frameworks (i.e. Sirius Forrester, Pragmatic Marketing)
  • Asana or other project management platform familiarity
