Summary
Join Storyblok, a growing company, as a Product Marketing Manager to drive product-led growth for our leading CMS. You will be a key member of the team, responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling product messaging, and driving customer acquisition and engagement. Collaborate closely with product management and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing growth. Requirements
- Marketing or related educational degree
- 6+ years’ experience as a product marketing manager, ideally in PLG/self-service B2B SaaS business
- Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on product-led growth
- Track record of successfully implementing a PLG framework, data-driven measurability, as well as go-to-market and product marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products and markets
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies
- Knowledge of product marketing frameworks, such as the AARRR model
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop buyer personas that inform in-app messaging and feature announcements. Tailor messaging to target audiences by aligning product features with marketing narratives, ensuring maximum engagement and effective communication of value
- Partner with product and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for organic growth. Develop content strategies, including blog posts and tutorials, that showcase product capabilities. Use insights from the product team to highlight features that align with growth objectives
- Work with design, development, and marketing teams to effectively showcase products on digital platforms. Coordinate with the product team for product demonstrations and webinars to generate user interest, ensuring alignment with both product and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams on initiatives focused on the AARRR framework (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue). Optimize onboarding with product insights, develop campaigns to attract new users, and create retention strategies to maintain engagement
- Monitor website content and campaign performance with the marketing team. Use data insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs, working with the product team to refine marketing tactics based on user feedback and behavior
- Collaborate with the product strategist and marketing team to improve the customer journey through onboarding and personalized experiences. Analyze metrics like CSAT and NPS with both teams to enhance product experiences and align marketing efforts with user needs
