Join Invoca's marketing team as a Product Marketing Manager and help lead go-to-market strategy, messaging, and execution for our Contact Center solutions. As a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual with a proven track record of successfully marketing SaaS and AI solutions to Contact Centers, you will be part of a highly upbeat, remote, and dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Product marketing experience for SaaS targeting the Contact Center industry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing
  • Knowledge of AI, including how it is being used in Contact Centers
  • Expert understanding and experience with the go-to-market process including pricing and packaging along with the overall release management of critical customer-facing features
  • Ability to clearly communicate strategy and vision, while also being able to lead cross-functional go-to-market teams to execute launches and upselling motions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth for Invoca’s solutions for Contact Centers, including supporting customer acquisition and upselling
  • Lead new product launches by working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans and materials
  • Document compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning statements to drive interest in and adoption of Invoca’s solutions
  • Engage with Contact Center customers to understand their needs and buying behaviors to help them achieve maximum ROI and value using Invoca
  • Be the voice of the customer at Invoca so you can work with product management to develop differentiated product roadmaps
  • Track and understand the competitive landscape and develop competitive positioning for Invoca’s Contact Center offering against competitors
  • Partner with product management, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop content that support the demand gen and selling process, including first-call & upsell decks, sales collateral, playbooks, videos, blogs, and webinars
  • Deliver compelling enablement training for Invoca’s GTM organization in support of product launches and to help Invoca capitalize on market trends
  • Help position Invoca in the market by participating and presenting at relevant trade shows and events, engaging with analysts and press, and assisting with customer meetings
