Join Talon.One as a Product Operations Manager and play a critical role in streamlining collaboration and communication across Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams. Manage key cross-functional processes, ensure roadmap visibility and alignment, and maintain high-quality documentation and tooling standards. Serve as the point of contact between Marketing/Product Marketing and the Product team, manage feature requests and bug reporting, and assist PMs with dashboards and data. Develop and maintain best practices for the Product department, manage the documentation repository, and identify inefficiencies in internal tool usage. Requirements

  • 2–3 years in Product Operations or extensive experience in Product Management within an organization with a mature Product Ops function
  • Experience working in Agile environments and in tech startups/scaleups with crossfunctional squads (PM, Designer, Tech Lead, Engineers, QA)
  • Adaptability, initiative, and a desire to develop and implement new processes in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact between Marketing/Product Marketing and the Product team
  • Manage the feature request and bug reporting processes, ensuring transparency for stakeholders and the Product team
  • Assist PMs in keeping dashboards and data points current and accessible
  • Develop and maintain best practices for the Product department
  • Own and manage the repository of documentation and workshop templates
  • Identify inefficiencies in internal tool usage by GTM and R&D teams; recommend and support tool consolidation and/or migration

Preferred Qualifications

B2B SaaS experience, or experience working in a sales-driven environment, is a plus
