Summary

Join our team as a Product Operations Specialist to help build Arc and Codementor! You will collaborate with sales, marketing, support, and product teams, leading projects and developing operational processes. As the go-to expert, you will create dashboards, identify operational gaps, and improve efficiency. This is a full-time, remote role within a 3-hour timezone difference of Taipei. You will own projects, maintain workflows, communicate with stakeholders, and utilize tools like HubSpot CRM. Data analysis and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a business, product, or sales operations role
  • Native or near-native spoken and written English
  • Experience with automation (low-code, no-code) tools and data analysis
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo)
  • Experience owning projects that involve multiple stakeholders
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Own projects to automate processes by using off-the-shelf tools to eliminate repetitive tasks
  • Maintain internal operations workflows and be the point of contact for updates and ad-hoc requests
  • Communicate frequently with stakeholders to resolve issues and requests
  • Maintain HubSpot CRM and integrate internal database/tools within different teams
  • Work with product team to QA features in development and troubleshoot bugs
  • Write SQL to analyze datasets and build dashboards
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive change that improves accuracy, scalability, and efficiency
  • Research and apply new tools to improve existing processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a fast-paced software startup and cross-cultural team
  • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese β€” our product team is primarily based in Taiwan

Benefits
