Summary

The Product Operations Specialist at ARC'TERYX supports the management of the Go-to-Market process, identifies process improvements, builds relationships with business teams, and assists in change management initiatives. Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in an operational role (project coordination, product operations, product management, etc.)
  • Experience supporting a calendar and using a project management tool

Responsibilities

  • Managing the seasonal GTM calendar to ensure all deliverables are on time, and that any risks or changes are communicated to all impacted teams
  • Highlighting and communicating cross-departmental process impacts and evolutions to the GTM stakeholders
  • Building close relationships with business teams and supporting change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement
  • Supporting the analysis of current business processes and collaborating with users to identify process improvement, new processes, and areas to help maximize efficiency
  • Documenting cross functional processes through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintaining Smartsheet, user guides, online help tools and other system and procedure-related documentation as needed
  • Supporting the scheduling of meetings, stagegates and with organizing events
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key findings and insights related to product operations
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas and insights to maximize operational efficiency
  • Capturing meeting notes and follow-up items with the involved teams

Benefits

$69,000 - $86,000 a year salary range
