Product Owner Specialist

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a product management or product ownership role in the web hosting industry
• Strong understanding of web hosting technologies, including cloud computing, scalability, and security
• Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Asana)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for our web hosting solutions, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and customer support teams to identify and prioritize product requirements
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and backlogs to ensure efficient delivery of products
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points, gathering feedback to inform product development
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that products meet quality standards and are ready for release
• Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize product offerings
• Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales teams, and customers
• Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
