Summary
Join Symmetrio's client, a healthcare software provider, as a Product Sales Specialist! This hybrid remote role blends your pharmacy expertise (as a technician or similar) with sales skills. You'll provide product support, client education, and strategic sales assistance, bridging the gap between sales, clients, and internal teams. The position offers an on-target earnings (OTE) of $110-120K and includes flexible scheduling. You will be responsible for demonstrating products, addressing client inquiries, collaborating on solutions, and training staff. Success requires proven sales experience in healthcare and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
- Proven sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related industries
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend solutions effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the companyโs pharmaceutical or healthcare products
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and technical support to clients and the sales team
- Address client inquiries and concerns related to product functionality, compliance, and usage
- Collaborate with clients to understand their operational needs and recommend suitable product solutions
- Train pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals on product use and best practices
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
- Partner with the sales team to identify client needs and present tailored solutions
- Assist in developing sales strategies, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients
- Support sales efforts by attending trade shows, conferences, and client meetings
- Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to provide feedback from the field and enhance product offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and implementation
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent credentials
- Bachelorโs degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business)
