Production Associate

Summary

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional event production experience
• Live events experience
• Self-starter, extremely detail oriented and organized
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Flexible with a proven ability to think critically in high pressure situations
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Positive, collaborative attitude
• Competent in Microsoft Office/Google Suite & Adobe Premiere
• Ability and excitement to travel regularly
• Ability to work early mornings and late nights

Responsibilities

• Manage production tasks for small market local events from beginning to end
• Handle vendor facing documents
• Perform multiple front-of-house and back-of-house tasks on-site at events and in a virtual environment
• Collaborate across the events team to research and build robust venue and vendor leads
• Track and improve team efficiency and process
• Support the production team with creation and design of on-screen graphics, audio tracks, and video editing (including digital assets in After Effects, audio editing, clip cutting in Adobe Premiere... etc)
• Perform relevant administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Virtual event experience
• Experience with Adobe Full Suite products
• Project management software experience (i.e. Wrike, Smartsheet, Airtable)
