Production Operations Specialist

Summary

ELVTR is seeking a skilled Production Operations Specialist to streamline production operations by handling analytics, tracking key metrics, and aligning processes with strategic goals. This is a remote position open to candidates in Ukraine.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data and use Excel effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations within the production department
• Handle analytics, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute to the preparation of operational dashboards
• Identify and prevent operational bottlenecks
• Implement solutions to optimize organizational performance
• Collaborate with management to ensure operations align with strategic goals
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes
• Assist with budgeting and cost control measures

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in project management and (or) operations management would be an asset
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI) would be a plus
