Summary

Join Vonage as a Professional Services Consultant and contribute to the success of our global cloud communication solutions. You will be responsible for delivering and implementing cutting-edge communication solutions for businesses, acting as a technical expert and trusted advisor. Key responsibilities include end-to-end project implementation, conducting design and discovery sessions with clients, building and configuring technical solutions, delivering user training, and providing ongoing support. You will collaborate with internal teams and track project progress to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms and technical implementations
  • Strong understanding of Contact Center operations, preferably in Customer Service or Inside Sales environments
  • 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, with the ability to assess requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience
  • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities in both individual and collaborative settings

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver end-to-end project implementations, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support
  • Conduct design and discovery sessions with customers to assess needs and provide best-practice guidance tailored to Vonage solutions
  • Build and configure technical solutions, ensuring quality and performance standards are met or exceeded
  • Deliver user training in multiple formats (remote, face-to-face, classroom) for both new and existing customers
  • Provide day-to-day support and governance for partner-led projects, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with Vonage standards
  • Track project progress, manage time and scope, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams and share knowledge across departments to continuously improve service delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Foundation-level accreditation in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, or similar)
  • Salesforce ADM 201 certification or equivalent Salesforce CRM experience
