Requirements
- 2+ years of experience at a software company
- Professional experience writing application code in backend languages like Python and Django
- Professional experience with relational databases, including SQL queries, table and index design, and system tuning
- Ability and motivation to design complex technical systems, write technical design documentation, and implement designs
- Strong desire to build the skills of those around you through code review and mentorship
- Significant technical skills in solving real-world problems, or the drive to quickly develop them
- Highly motivated and able to make valuable contributions from day one
- Desire to expand skills, get hands-on, and solve challenging problems
- Willingness to contribute in various areas, such as recruiting and customer support
- Desire to join a dynamic team immediately
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrations and services for Quorum products
- Interact directly with customers to scope, deliver, and test solutions
- Ship new code to production for different system components
- Take ownership of a set of features and make client-impacting decisions
- Guide the team in making broad technical decisions
