Requirements

  • Minimum of 9+ years experience successfully selling complex professional services engagements, consulting solutions, or similar B2B enterprise-level services
  • Demonstrated track record in managing sophisticated sales cycles and consistently exceeding professional services revenue targets
  • Proven success in solution selling, crafting customized engagements, and securing 6-figure+ professional services contracts
  • Strong business acumen and strategic territory management skills, ensuring sustainable client relationships and repeat business

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue professional services opportunities within existing and new large enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Professional Services Delivery, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Deal Desk, Legal, and executives) to develop and deliver comprehensive proposals tailored to client objectives
  • Engage stakeholders at multiple levels, establishing trust-based, strategic relationships to deeply understand client business challenges and position Udemy's professional services solutions as essential to their long-term success
  • Create and execute strategic territory and account-specific plans to consistently meet and exceed professional services sales targets
  • Lead end-to-end negotiations, manage complex contracting processes, and secure agreements efficiently and accurately
  • Continuously gather market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback, sharing findings proactively with the broader team to enhance strategic positioning and value
