Summary

Join Freeosk's Consumer Experience team as a Program Coordinator! This newly created role, reporting to the Director of Digital Operations, will focus on the successful execution of products and solutions. You will guide the production and delivery of various creative, marketing, and digital projects, collaborating with internal and external teams. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, validating requirements, and ensuring timely client information delivery. The ideal candidate possesses 2-4 years of digital marketing experience, strong communication skills, and project management expertise. Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in the Digital Marketing Space
  • Be resourceful and cooperative in working with team members to obtain information, gain alignment and meet timelines
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be detailed-oriented, organized, and accountable with a commitment to quality, service, and efficiency
  • Have experience with project management best practices and methods, including agile methodologies
  • Be highly organized and process-driven
  • Possess prompt and excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
  • Have a proven ability to clearly communicate ideas and provide creative direction
  • Possess excellent project and time management skills
  • Be able to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Be able to creatively innovate with team members
  • Have experience with Jira, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT), Google Drive and Google Docs

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all key stages of the implementation workflow are managed end-to-end
  • Manage timelines, intake meetings, validating requirements and assist with the maintenance of internal/external processes
  • Partner closely with the Client Success team to ensure that all relevant client information is delivered in a timely manner and supports the CX workflow
  • Roadmap and forecast solutions
  • Work collaboratively with CX leadership, Client Success, and Marketing/Sales managers to ensure feedback from stakeholders is consolidated and everyone is clear on next steps/timing

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience with Basecamp, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project and Confluence
