Summary

Join CI&T, a tech transformation specialist, as a Program Manager in their newly established Digital Transformation Services (DTS) group. You will be responsible for leading and managing complex programs within designated product domains for a Fortune 500 healthcare company undergoing significant digital transformation initiatives. This role involves defining program objectives, developing comprehensive plans, leading meetings with stakeholders, identifying gaps, and ensuring program success. You will collaborate with solution architects and technical teams, monitor program progress, and manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors. Requirements

  • Significant experience in program management and/or project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives
  • Senior-level experience demonstrating strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and present to executive audiences
  • Solid understanding of technology and architecture principles
  • Candidates must be based in the US for compliance reasons
  • This is a fully remote position

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex programs within designated product domains
  • Drive the definition of program objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and the overall digital strategy
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Effectively lead meetings with diverse stakeholders, including strategists, tech leads, business owners, and external partners
  • Identify gaps, navigate ambiguity, and proactively propose solutions to ensure program success
  • Define and manage program governance processes, ensuring adherence and identifying opportunities for enhancement
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects and technical teams to ensure alignment on technical feasibility and design
  • Monitor program progress, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure that solutions are built with consideration for the complex landscape of legacy systems and the strategic direction towards consolidated platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and CDP for member engagement, and Snowflake for enterprise data
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and potentially external vendors, including those involved in loyalty platforms and payment processing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in healthcare or other heavily regulated industries such as insurance or banking is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with digital experience platforms and technologies such as MarTech solutions, Salesforce, Adobe Optimizer, Analytics, Journey Orchestration, Adobe CDP, and AEM is a plus
  • Experience with PMO practices and tools
