Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business intelligence, strategy and operations, or related experience; experience at an early-stage or high-growth company a plus
  • Strong business judgment, problem solving, and critical thinking skills; experience helping companies identify improvements in their core business, and implementing those improvements
  • A strong bias for using data to support decision making and establish priorities and strategies; ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights for a range of stakeholders
  • Excellent communications skills with ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions, with a willingness to challenge when necessary
  • Exceptional Excel, Google Sheets, and data management skills; SQL and dashboard creation proficiency a plus
  • A self starter with a bias for action; comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • English fluency

Responsibilities

  • Explore and evaluate strategic initiatives and new business opportunities; lead communications with senior leadership
  • Scope, implement and manage the performance of key cross-functional projects - this could be new market launches, new products or programs that drive future growth for Lime
  • Collaborate with our global teams to ensure markets achieve their growth and profitability goals: evaluate market-level performance, define and set operational targets, lead processes, and identify and implement operational improvements
  • Use data to build strategic models and plans to determine how to best allocate resources to markets across the world
  • Provide strategic support to senior leadership – e.g. business reviews, board and investor materials, all-hands meetings, and other ad hoc projects
  • Build dashboards and processes that enable our teams to better understand business performance, progress towards goals, and plan for the future
  • Spearhead cross-functional strategies with a global impact and partnering cross-functionally to drive product and operational excellence company wide
  • Create a fun, inclusive, and safe workplace; ensuring the safety of our staff, riders and vehicles while empowering experimentation and creativeness for the team to meet their goals
