Summary

The job is for a marketing program manager with focus on email marketing, customer referral programs, SMS campaigns, realtor programs, CDP, CRM, and trade programs. The position requires a BA/BS degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related field and 5+ years of experience in marketing program management. Requirements

  • BA/BS in Advertising, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related degree
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing program management, with a focus on email marketing, customer referral programs, SMS campaigns, realtor programs, CDP, CRM, and trade programs
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, CDP tools, and analytics tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to engage customers with timely and relevant messages
  • Oversee the creation, scheduling, and distribution of email and SMS campaigns
  • Create and implement email marketing strategies to engage, acquire, and retain customers
  • Manage email campaigns from conception to implementation, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Continuously optimize email performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data analysis
  • Manage a customer referral program to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Create referral incentives and promotions to encourage customers to refer their networks and monitor and analyze referral program performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage a realtor program to foster relationships with real estate professionals and drive referrals
  • Track and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives to ensure they meet business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel and design tools such as Canva preferred
