Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or program manager, skilled at taking projects from concept to execution across various marketing disciplines and channels
  • Proven track record delivering large scale, high-impact marketing programs within tight deadlines across digital campaigns, communications, and events for a highly visible brand
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to exercise good judgement in a rapidly changing environment
  • Proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies, demonstrating eagerness to learn and adapt

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a comprehensive Marketing, Communications & UX project roadmap
  • Support monthly and quarterly Marketing, Communications & UX cross-functional reporting
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as technology, operations and partnerships, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives & goals
  • Oversee the execution of individual campaigns and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to key stakeholders
  • Support the planning and execution of events
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and efficiency
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify key lessons learned and inform strategic initiatives
