Remote Programmatic Media Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Programmatic Manager and play a key role in forming our programmatic advertising strategy to acquire customers for leading brands like Rosetta Stone, IXL, Teachers Pay Teachers, and more. As a part of our Digital Marketing team, you'll manage the programmatic advertising spend for all of IXL Learning's brands, develop and execute programmatic strategies, manage relationships with programmatic partners, and track and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required
• 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a focus on campaign management and optimization
• Strong understanding of programmatic technologies and platforms with self-managed experience in DSPs like DV360 and The Trade Desk
• Tactical execution experience – CTV/video, native, geotargeting, prospecting vs remarketing, PMP executions, streaming audio, SSP direct deals
• Ability to interpret campaign performance with regards to programmatic variables – geo, device, demos, behavioral, creative, targeting layers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute programmatic strategies that align with business goals across many of our brands
• Manage relationships with programmatic partners, including DSPs, SSPs, agencies, and publishers
• Manage programmatic campaigns from start to finish, including campaign planning, targeting, optimization, and reporting
• Monitor and analyze programmatic campaign performance to identify areas for optimization and improvement
• Stay up-to-date on programmatic trends and technologies
• Work with other marketing team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns
