Programmatic Partnerships Lead

Summary

The job is for a Partnership Manager in ANZ at Block's Commerce team. The role involves managing programmatic relationships with merchants, ad agencies, and holding companies to grow our ad tech solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of partnerships or sales experience within a buy-side ad tech company and deep knowledge of the advertising agency landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years of partnerships or sales experience within a buy-side ad tech company, working directly with brands and ad agencies to drive monetization of programmatic solutions
• Deep knowledge of the advertising agency landscape, Demand Side Platforms and identity resolution tech

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with our ad tech partners, especially DSPs and their sales teams, and the programmatic teams at agencies, holding companies, and clients in ANZ
• Drive agency and advertiser relationships in partnership with our affiliate sales team to ensure we are maximizing our opportunity with each client
• Successfully ideate on and develop media and campaign strategies, as well as advise on structure of programmatic and/or digital media campaigns across various digital channels (i.e. display, native, video, audio, etc.) in order to meet or exceed client KPIs
• Lead recommendation of budget optimization across programmatic and digital media placements to deliver positive return on marketing spend
• Contribute to the development and test of new audience segments (i.e. retargeting, lookalikes, custom audiences, etc.), ensuring documented results
